The Challenge
Mosaic Learning’s suite of tools had grown organically, creating inconsistent workflows and a fragmented user experience. Students struggled to navigate lessons and assessments, while administrators faced cumbersome interfaces for managing tests and tracking progress. The challenge: simplify and unify three distinct platforms while keeping workflows efficient and intuitive for all users.

Streamlined certification workflows and administrative tools into clear, consistent interfaces, reducing friction and increasing satisfaction

Built a shared design system to ensure consistency across tools, making interactions consistent and polished

Partnered with product managers, developers, and QA to align designs with business goals and user needs
